G-mat

  G-mat is made of FeCrAlM alloy fibers with excellent mechanical strength and is light in weight. G-mat is designed for blue flame burner applications, and is also well suited to retrofit existing perforated sheet metal burners for reduction of combustion emissions, improvement ofthe flame stability/uniformity and addition of the burner life and reliability. G-mat is light transparent, which induces a tiny pressure drop of 0.2"-0.5" WC under normal combustion range. Nominal thickness of the mat is 0.035" thick and is easy to form into manycontours and curvatures. The standard G-mat sheet dimension is 16"x36" with non-trimmed edges.
